Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Poemas do mar, we want every piece to feel right for you. If it doesn't, here's how returns work.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function — meaning the piece should be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging where possible.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom engraving or cutu
• Sealed items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery [relevant if you sell pierced earrings]

Your 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 30-day period expires.
