You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unused, in original condition and package.

To start your return, e-mail us at office@poemasdomar.com, together with your order number. Once we review and approve your return, we will e-mail you back with the instructions on how to proceed.

It takes around 15 business days to process your return once it arrives.

Clients are responsible for returned items until we receive them. Returns that are sent without prior approval will bot be accepted.

Please note that if you'd like to exchange a product, we will issue you a gift code at the same amount of the returned item, once the returned item reach us. You'll then be able to order your desired item.
