How do I take care of my jewelry?
24K Gold Plated
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the a cloth. Keep in a dark and dry space.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll process your request.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
Do you create custom pieces?
We're not able to build custom pieces at this time.
Materials & craftsmanship
Each piece is handmade in Vienna by one person. The chain is 925 sterling silver with 24k gold plating, 40x thicker than a normal gold plating. The pearls are freshwater, chosen individually for size and lustre.
